Cannon, the Washington Bureau Chief for that website, wrote a blog about the recently elected primary Republican candidate for president of the United States, Donald Trump, entitled Trump Is Looking for a Way Out. He cites many examples to support his opinion.

It’s Father’s Day on June 19, a date also celebrated by Americans of African descent for that day in 1865 when news of the Emancipation Proclamation reached their ancestors enslaved in Texas.
